We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a charge in full. This policy helps us honor other clients' scheduling needs and ensure our therapists' time is respected. Full details are available at the time of booking.

We collect a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of your booked service if you change or cancel your service appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. You also agree that a late showing of ten (10) minutes beyond a service appointment time is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service, as well as, forfeiture of your booked service appointment. 

Yes. Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased directly through our website or in spa. They make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and special occasions, and can be redeemed for any service on our menu.

Our therapists will recommend products based on your specific needs — there's no pressure to purchase, but if you'd like to take something home, we're happy to guide you.

Yes — we host bridal parties, birthdays, corporate wellness days, and other small-group bookings by arrangement. Because our space is intimate and service quality is our priority, group bookings are scheduled in advance to ensure proper staffing and timing. Most of our services are designed for adult clients. Some facials and gentler treatments are available for teens 16 and older with parental consent. Advanced procedures like laser, IPL, and microneedling are reserved for clients 18 and older.
