The Platinum includes everything in the Deluxe, plus lymphatic drainage:

The Platinum HydraFacial is 90 minutes — longer than both the Signature (60 minutes) and Deluxe (75 minutes) to allow proper time for the lymphatic drainage step, the booster application, the LED therapy, and the unhurried pacing the experience deserves. Like all our HydraFacials, no part of the Platinum is rushed.

For most clients, every 4 weeks is the ideal cadence — it aligns with your skin's natural cell turnover cycle and delivers the most consistent, lasting results. Some clients book more frequently leading up to a major event (a wedding, a photo shoot, a special occasion), or when addressing an active concern like persistent congestion or dullness. Your esthetician will help you build a schedule that supports your goals.

Yes. HydraFacial is one of the most well-tolerated advanced facials available, and is generally safe for virtually all skin types and tones, including sensitive, rosacea-prone, and reactive skin. Our estheticians customize the serum selection and treatment approach based on your skin's tolerance, and we'll always check in with you throughout the session. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, please share them during your consultation so we can adjust accordingly.

The core HydraFacial protocol is gentle and considered pregnancy-safe, but certain active ingredients commonly used in HydraFacial serums (like salicylic acid) are typically avoided during pregnancy.
